GOLLA is committed to internationally accepted best practices and comply with all applicable health, safety and environmental legislations and other requirements in its operations in various jurisdictions. In order to ensure effective implementation of its practices, in every project all hazards are identified at various stages of the project life cycle. Associated risk is evaluated and mitigation measures are implemented by way of upgrading instrumented protective systems, optimizing inventory level and providing guidelines for emergency response planning.

GOLLA has a robust HSE Management system which demonstrates Company’s commitment in continual improvement its health & safety practices. Performance of HSE Management System is monitored through internal HSE audits across GOLLA office locations and Constructions Sites. HSE performance is also monitored through regular HSE meetings by GOLLA office locations. GOLLA employees are made aware of the systems and procedures and updates in HSE Management System by imparting HSE awareness sessions about the system as well as through HSE news letters. GOLLA top Management conducts periodic review of the HSE Management System to ensure its continuity, suitability, adequacy and effectiveness.
